Love this place! Friendly staff. My sessions so far have been great. I’ve had no issues here. I worked a lot with Nate on scheduling my appointments and he was terrific!
Do not recommend due to their serious staffing issues and so much more. They almost never answer their phones - I called 18 times in one week to finally get someone to pick up the phone. And they don't return your call when you leave a voicemail. They can't seem to figure out insurance billing for more than a few months at a time and send out letters that are completely incoherent about insurance changes. Shotty office who doesn’t care about creating an enjoyable experience. They treat it like it’s not a serious drug with life changing affects. While you’re in your ketamine infusion therapy, you will hear the staff in the hallways talking loudly and distracting you your entire visit. There’s no real consideration and the therapist was a joke. I’ve had better therapy from children than with Trista or whatever her name was. I don’t need to be coddled.
