I made an appointment over 3 weeks ago and on the day of appointment while driving there I called to say I might be running a few minutes late and she told me I'm not scheduled. She even looked up my communication which confirmed my appointment. I took time off from work and arranged transportation. Absolutely terrible experience.
Misandrist. Rude staff. The medicine is good and they accept financial help from the state is the only good part and that is the one star. I cant say the same about the rotating staff they get nothing. They are unprofessional who betray trust, and break the privacy and patient trust. They constantly are changing staff especially the people you talk to and your care team especially the males dont last long at all. Edit: They’re now requiring burdensome and useless forms be filled out before every appt. Got an email about how important they are and there’s nothing in the portal when I log in. Everyone here is really nice and understanding. I’ve always felt safe getting the ketamine injections but I will say it can be VERY intense and I wouldn’t suggest it for people who are just a little blue.
