In my 84 years I have moved many times, and I always was happy with the realtors I had chosen. Even 9 years ago when I bought my current home from Pat Klapperich. Yesterday at a condo showing, August 19, 2025, I had the worst experience with Teresa Keenan from Klapperich Real Estate. She didn't answer my questions about previous owner, had no knowledge of if any upgrades had been done to justify the selling price. Erica Huettl is an absolutely phenomenal realtor! Not only were her walkthroughs comprehensive, but she also took the time to get to know me as a person. On several occasions she made insightful recommendations, but didn’t overstepped her bounds by pushing her opinions on me. I never once thought she had any agenda other than finding the best fit for me. Erica is exceptionally intelligent and capable. You really won’t find a better advocate or human being better than her!
I love working with Teresa! I highly recommend her to everyone! She really cares about her clients and looks out for them.
