Horrid staff, including the sheriffs officer who was present. Never suggest this place, will drive to Medford first. Staff needs some training as well as the sheriffs dept. Our Beautiful friend passed away and as we followed the ambulance and went into the emergency room, a staff member took us through a door to another room where it was just us. clean... actually help people when they need assistance... I just left the facility disgusted.. blood everywhere... in the suction tube.. in the cannister .. on the chairs... on the floor... Trash cans full... packaging left out from prior case... requeated a blanket.. with no reaponce... 3.5 hr wait time to be told they cpuld render me with no services... checked in with influenza .. chest pain and shortness of breath... almost ever sign of pnemonia except weezing .. horrible services... not even 1 star.. curious who I shou... read more

When I was there last I was treated like 💩. I’d avoid it like the plague. In fact I’m bedridden now (Dec 11 MRI after two months of horrific pain hip/back) I need help now but praying I don’t have to go to that ER. My friend and her son just left. The night time “DR” told him “he’s wasting his time (his being the dr) coming in here for anxiety” what a JERK. Had to be the same guy I had. !!
