This was absolutely the worst ER I’ve ever been in. Completely unorganized. Wait times are 8+ hours. There wasn’t even very many patients in. If zero stars was possible they’d get it. We had to leave we didn’t even get seen. Also to mention some drunk idiot was yelling obscenities and rolling around on the floor and when security was called they told him to watch his mouth and left. This place is garbage.

I have been happy with the physicians at this clinic. However, the way the clinic is managed needs much to be desired. I am trying to find out who owns this clinic or who is the top management so that I can file a complaint regarding patient care and coordination

Went to the ER today fot back and neck pain. They only did bloodwork, said nothing is wrong with me and released me within 45 minutes of arriving. Considering that this is a learning hospital for OIT, they would actually do their job but the nurses are respectful to
Sky lakes is one of the worst places to go if you’re in need of help. But if you HAVE TO go there request Millie in the ER. She is the best at everything that she does. She is a saint.
If you are not low income or fabulously wealthy and you are saddled with a high bill after insurance they WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU. Pay it all in 3 years or get turned over to collections. I am 1/3 thru paying a high 5 figure bill and suffered loss of income from the pandemic. They said I could miss my 1700+ per MONTH payment during the pandemic but it would have to be made up after.
