First they try and make you see the PA saying oh the DR is in a procedure. Then magically shows up after you refuse. See the other comments about their price. Their price changes and they try and strong arm you with the paper work they make you sign to see a DR. STAY AWAY. They are also behind the times with procedures.
Dr Alan Klaiman found my prostate cancer and coached me and my family to choose a treatment. He seems very smart and is more personable than almost any other doctor I've seen. He staff is friendly and professional. Never had any issues with Klaiman Urology. Highly recommend.
I found everyone very helpful. I just relocated from The Midwest and chose this office. I saw the Nurse Practioner and she was exceptional, she is extremely knowledgeable and professional and took the time required.
If your were brought up polite, educated, knowledgeable about your condition, treatment, meds, insurance and any laws governing your treatment and speak out to correct errors & misrepresentations of the above, then this practice may not be the right fit for you! After several visits over 18 months I found the office Mgr. & staff to be poorly informed, misrepresented policies of my insurance, pharmacy, laws governing my Meds. If you prove them wrong, they are incooperative and will dismiss you!

My g.p. recommended a different urologist first. I waited in that doctors office and exam room for 3 hours. Needless to say I walked out, unsatidfied with my experience. He then recommended Allan Klaiman. The difference was night and day. Dr Klaiman's office scheduling is expedient. Dr. Klaiman is caring and professional.
