I am a born and raised native and have lived downtown for years.. Love this personal developed sub division of The Bungalows. All of my neighbors are super personable the facilities are very modern but has that artistic charm that downtown brings! 2 thumbs up in my books :)
The Bungalows are well-managed, perfectly located, with a respectful and kind tenant community. I've loved my time here. It's secure and quiet, a great place to relax in the heart of the city. Super convenient to bus lines, the strip, and downtown, and a block away from great coffee shops, antique and oddment shopping, as well as bars, indie theaters, restaurants and hair salons. I highly recommend!
This is a awesome place to live, your smack dab in the middle of everything to the strip, Fremont and the art district. By far the best place I’ve lived at since moving to Vegas!
In the Heart of the Art District, nothing compares to theses fully upgraded Bungalows!! First Friday, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and the Stratosphere all at your finger tips(all within walking distance)!! I have lived here a year and three months and find this place to be the GEM of all gems.
