I've been at Brickhouse for a year - it's a unique apartment complex in the up-and-coming Arts District downtown. I have no complaints about the apartments itself, and the landlord is always reachable and very responsive to questions and concerns. The size of the apartments for the price is one of the best features; the apartments also have updated appliances and are pretty stylish overall. The property management performed by KLA Capital is excellent. Prior to renting a unit they manage, I was a landlord with tenants. The speed at which they are able to address any maintenance issues is impressive. I was offered compensation for a review, but to be frank I wanted to review them today anyhow. Today they addressed my broken shower on the same day, while I was at work. Amazing speed and responsiveness to requests. The apartments are pet friendly, nice and modern with a spacious backyard. The neighborhood is great with walking distance to plenty of good restaurants, bars and local shops. The management here is great and attentive.
