Skeleton crew of employees only for the monopolization they have, takes months to get maintenance. Laundry machines always broke and expensive. Took 130 for a cleaning fee on movie out which I am still fighting. Constant power outages.

I toured with April and had a great experience. She was very communicative and patient with me as l was Using Public transit at the time. I toured diamanté and but moved into Fremont manor without even seeing my unit. I got really blessed. Shout out to a punctual and friendly team . Thankyou !!! (I’m from Las Vegas and I recommend any KLA property)

This place is overpriced and completely unsafe for some disabled people especially being put on the third floor nothing ever being done unless we have to do it in triplicate I like this place when I first moved in but the more and more I found out about what was going on here the more and more I am moving as soon as humanly possible cuz that's exactly what the Marshalls told me to do if I valued my reputation as a good citizen of this country can you move out cuz if I can move out right now I would not be here all my boxes a... read more

So far so good! April and Helena were very nice and efficient with the move in process as well as any maintenance issues, they offer internet and some discounts for the downtown area so I’m excited to use them! I love my unit it’s so cute!

I wanted to give a higher rating but I cannot live in the apartment complex that I was put in. Im terrified and its making my girlfriend and myself sick. The people who they put us around are absolutely horrible and have targeted us and we are in our mid 40's AND DISABLED. They never stop and I get threatened every time I try to address the multiple problems.
