So far so good! April and Helena were very nice and efficient with the move in process as well as any maintenance issues, they offer internet and some discounts for the downtown area so I’m excited to use them! I love my unit it’s so cute!
I want to give a special thanks to Miss April for all of her help. She went above and beyond for both my Mom and myself. We love our apartment. Thanks to Miss Leny as well. :)
They do a great job with renovations. I love my apt. It's the best place I've lived in Vegas!
Just moved into the Arts District with KLA. April made everything a breeze. Every time I had a maintenance request and needed something taken care of Leny jumped right on it and had Carlos the maintenance guy over either same day or day after. Apartment is super clean. No bugs. Free WiFi, don’t have to pay for utilities and it’s in the heart of the Arts District. What more could I ask for?
April was very supportive and attentive with helping me find my first apartment, she answered any questions I had promptly and made the application process run smoothly. After months of searching Im happy I found KLA.
