I toured with April and had a great experience. She was very communicative and patient with me as l was Using Public transit at the time. I toured diamanté and but moved into Fremont manor without even seeing my unit. I got really blessed. Shout out to a punctual and friendly team . Thankyou !!! (I’m from Las Vegas and I recommend any KLA property)
So far so good! April and Helena were very nice and efficient with the move in process as well as any maintenance issues, they offer internet and some discounts for the downtown area so I’m excited to use them! I love my unit it’s so cute!
I want to give a special thanks to Miss April for all of her help. She went above and beyond for both my Mom and myself. We love our apartment. Thanks to Miss Leny as well. :)
I wanted to give a higher rating but I cannot live in the apartment complex that I was put in. Im terrified and its making my girlfriend and myself sick. The people who they put us around are absolutely horrible and have targeted us and we are in our mid 40's AND DISABLED. They never stop and I get threatened every time I try to address the multiple problems.
Just moved into the Arts District with KLA. April made everything a breeze. Every time I had a maintenance request and needed something taken care of Leny jumped right on it and had Carlos the maintenance guy over either same day or day after. Apartment is super clean. No bugs. Free WiFi, don’t have to pay for utilities and it’s in the heart of the Arts District. What more could I ask for?
