KLA Capital! Easy process from start to finish: I checked out the unit with April, filled out my application & was approved the next day. Leading up to move-in I turned in my fees & awaited moving day. I did my inspection with Leny & she was very kind and understanding as this was one of my first times purchasing an apartment. April was very supportive and attentive with helping me find my first apartment, she answered any questions I had promptly and made the application process run smoothly. After months of searching Im happy I found KLA.
I lived here for couple years best company to rent from very professional.
Just moved into the Arts District with KLA. April made everything a breeze. Every time I had a maintenance request and needed something taken care of Leny jumped right on it and had Carlos the maintenance guy over either same day or day after. Apartment is super clean. No bugs. Free WiFi, don’t have to pay for utilities and it’s in the heart of the Arts District. What more could I ask for?
