Awful experience. Have been going to her for years and this past time she bleached my whole head and thinned my hair out so much, when I asked for additional highlights and only a little thinning. She also called my hair hard to work with and “difficult” because my hair is naturally curly and gets frizzy easily. Will never go to her again because my hair is now ruined, and if you have curly hair I would recommend avoiding her at all costs. Very happy with my haircut from Kelly. She gave me recommendations for modifying my haircut based on what I wanted and my hair type. I was looking for an efficient, no frills hair service at an economical price, and I got exactly that.

The smell of burning hair should have been warning enough telling me to get the hell out of here!! But I had already booked the appointment, so with that aside I told her that I would I would like 3 inches off, long layers, and my hair to be thinned out a little. When I left my hair was shocked short (7 inches cut off), sickly thin, and no layers in sight. The entire hair cut, including washing and blow drying, took no longer than 25 minutes in total. I've been going to Kelly for a while for cut and color. I've also brought my kids for cuts. I find it efficient that I can get my hair colored and while it sets, Kelly can cut my kids hair. I got partial highlights for the first time and it's looking good! I enjoy talking to Kelly, too.
