Wrong business
We have used K&L Property Management since 2012. Most of my dealings have been with Kim, and she has always been very responsive. We never have much time between tenants, and Kim takes care of setting up any repairs, and dealing with any association concerns that come up. We receive statements and tax forms in a timely fashion. We bought a home out of state, and wish we had a "Kim" to take care of our property there as well. I have had nothing but great experiences with this property management. No problems at all. Very prompt in responding to my inquiries and request.
Poor service. Ana scheduled to show the unit to me at a specified time. 30 minutes prior to our meeting, they called to notify me that they would not be able to show the unit. I had to make an hour long drive make it and they cancelled without the decency to notify within reasonable bounds. When I received the call, I was already on my way. They DID NOT meet me and did not have anyone come to meet me. Very unprofessional.
