I've been trying to contact this company though phone and voice-mail for 6 months. Does this company actually exist anymore?

Walked in and was given a dock within 30 seconds. They got right on the unload and i was gone in a very short time. 30 minutes. Plenty of backing room. It was a no stress delivery. Thanks much folks

My experience with this business was emailing and then calling to get a plug for my Sun Dolphin Aruba. There attitude is you can buy a 6 pack from us! No explanation or empathy for their inferior design which causes the plug to simple fall out! The woman I spoke with was actually very rude and not interested in anything I had to say! My son-in-law almost sunk! All they could say was, “buy more from us”. I have another kayak, an Emotion, and it has a threaded in plug. Way better design. Not a good company. I came in as a temp with the hopes of getting hired in. When we started, we were running 3 shifts. We went down to 2, then 1, then they fired everyone remaining. I guess it must be how they do business, as Kayaks don't sell much in the winter. Also, safety is not a priority in the slightest to them. Pallet racking not bolted down, beepers on forklifts didn't work, no pedestrian walkways. It was an easy place to mess up your body if you weren't careful.
