I had an amazing experience with Keriann, the owner! She gave me a haircut, shampoo, ear wax treatment, and a neck massage — and spent a full hour making sure everything was perfect. I really appreciated that she doesn’t rush through appointments; she actually schedules her time so you get her full attention.At other places, I usually feel like I’m in and out in 20 minutes and end up looking like I just got out of prison — but not here! I’ve called this place over a dozen times in the past month trying to schedule a hair appointment because I like the way my stylist cuts my hair. I finally got scheduled for 4:30 PM and showed up shortly before my appointment — only to discover the location I arrived at was abandoned, with no signage or information anywhere about where they had moved.
