I am a repeat customer. Lily treats me likr me royalty. They are very knowledgeable and fair.
Difficult to determine if KK Termite did a good job. While customer service appeared to great, on the day we were able to return to house the house keys were almost given to a random woman standing near end of my walkway to front door !!! Then after expiration of warranty I received a call from Yuki stating that KK Termite was behind in their follow-ups & I would be receiving an email shortly. This was weeks ago. No email & no call. I had an 11am appointment. By 11:30 no one had shown up. I called and they said they couldn’t get ahold of their inspector or whoever and they would call me back. By 12 I didn’t hear anything from them so I began calling their office to get an update. After 3 calls that went unanswered I gave up.
These guys are great. I thought it was going to cost a small fortune to get rid of my termites and replace the majority of my exterior trims&siding. I highly recommend keeping. K.K.Termite
