In all honesty I’ve had problems with this company since I started with them from raising prices but not giving quality experience to language barriers and lack of care. When the pool maintenance man comes he BARELY SPENDS 30 minutes on our pool just pours chlorine and leaves. I HAVE NEVER SEEN HIM VACUUM MY POOL HE BARELY NETS MY POOL WE DO THAT OURSELVES AFTER HIS VISITS. My filter has debris and when I mentioned something about it I was told that’s not a big deal.
