Took a client in to get her nails done.. the place was empty.... so I sat in a pedicure seat... instead of the metal bench to wait.... the lady complained... and then un plugged the chair to make sure I didn't use the massage... will never go there again

I LOVE their pedicure with wax dip! Great service at a fair price. They get very busy with walk ins so I recommend making an appointment or coming at a random time, like on a Tuesday morning or something. The staff are very kind, and work hard to fit everyone in. The owner is very nice too! He fit me in before they technically opened and always plays with my baby, always making jokes. Overall, highly recommend their services!
I recently went for a pedicure. Made an appointment but still waited 30 minutes to be sat. Got the more expensive spa pedicure that included a massage and cooling gel. He did not massage me, just put the cooling gel and left it on till it started burning. Then filed my toe nails and went to do another woman’s manicure. I waited over 30 minutes until I had to tell him to come back and put polish on my nails because I had to go. My worst experience ever!!
