I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience so others are aware. I came in for a pedicure. The staff was friendly, the massage was decent, and the price was reasonable. However, the technician dug aggressively into what he said was an ingrown toenail. I chose the Deluxe Pedicure for my first visit to KK Nails. I'm not from Utah—I was just passing through and happened to notice the open sign. I later realized they were actually closing in about 15 minutes, but you would have never known it by the level of service I received. Lynn never rushed the appointment and provided exceptional care for my feet and nails. The atmosphere was relaxing, welcoming, and pleasant from start to finish. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely return. Highly recommend!
I walked in and needed my nails painted with gel polish. I had an injury on my pinky and just wanted to take a break from acrylic for a while. I left the salon so disappointed. 40$. They were closing and I didn’t want to make her redo the polish but they look like I have dirt under my nails and the gel is clumpy and thick. The photos are after three days and the pictures of the other nails are what I asked for.
