have a hsa warenty saw the reviews and asked for a diffrent person to come out they still sent this company out i paid the $125 fee he came out said he thinks it was leaking from a faucet outside but told me not to use it and would be back next week to cut open drywall to assure that what it was he ignored my calls for two weeks and stated thay he is busy and didn’t want to come back to my house until he had other job in the area as it was to far for him and he also said he wasn’t going to further investigate or fix issue no... read more

The tech wrote lies because they worked with the insurance company that caused my claim to be denied. Very terrible company. If you work with this company, just don’t expect your claim to be approved. They sent out a 80 year old man who didn’t know what he was doing and wrote lies about what was wrong. I also got an individual pro company who diagnosed the problem before the tech from k&k company arrived. The HWC disregarded the diagnosis from the individual pro company and went with the lies the K&k company wrote. The worst... read more

Giving this company 1 star is way more then deserved. Guy came out and installed a water softener that we didn't have a choice in getting. Then it stopped working not even a month later. He has not returned and calls, messages or texts. We are back to square 1 with not having soft water. Terrible way to do business would never recommend

We were assigned to this company through our home warranty and would never recommend them to anyone. Our hose has been leaking since April. When this company came out to asses, they were here for less than 10 minutes and told us it was because we didn’t have a shut off valve. They left and said they would have to check if that was covered under our warranty. They then ghosted us. I called and left a voicemail.
