K & K came out to replace my water heater back in October and they were awesome! The service was honest, quick and well done. Recently it appeared that my water heater was leaking and they were super helpful with triage and even drove out to help me identify the issue, which ended up not being the water heater. Highly recommend!
Very rude. Came to repair bathroom sink water leak under American Home plan. Refused to even talk about the issue resolution and did not complete the work. After talking for 50 seconds, he said "I have alreday spent way too much talking about this issue", and left the work incomplete. The sink is still leaking. I have reported to AH.

Good evening all, I had filed a claim on my appliance once they looked it over and made an assesment I asked for documentation about the visit they refused. I called their number and started I would like document about the visit and if they could give me documentation regarding the visit that way i have something to fall back on if the issue presided. They stated it was a waste of time and they could do that but would be telling American home sheild that they would no longer do the work. I would hate for someone with disabil... read more
Very respectful and helpful from start to finish. Eldon was upfront initially about cost and explained the process well. I was working from home during the install and Greg was very communicative anytime he had to do something loud to ensure I wasn’t on a call. The process was so easy, they cleaned up well after and overall were just great people. So happy with the service and new water heater!!
