We were assigned to this company through our home warranty and would never recommend them to anyone. Our hose has been leaking since April. When this company came out to asses, they were here for less than 10 minutes and told us it was because we didn’t have a shut off valve. They left and said they would have to check if that was covered under our warranty. They then ghosted us. I called and left a voicemail. Just like other reviewers, if you get these guys from a home warranty policy, you are screwed. Expect delays and faulty installs (water heater in my case). I ended up spending more money having other vendors come to fix their mistakes and cancelling the home warranty policies.

K & K came out to replace my water heater back in October and they were awesome! The service was honest, quick and well done. Recently it appeared that my water heater was leaking and they were super helpful with triage and even drove out to help me identify the issue, which ended up not being the water heater. Highly recommend!
