You never asked me what I had on my nails or whether I had a gel top coat. I already had the color on and I was simply asking to have a white French design done on top. If you had explained to me beforehand that the gel top coat needed to be removed and that I would have to pay $40 for a new gel application, I would have understood and made my decision. My issue was the way I was treated. Your attitude toward me was very rude and unwelcoming, and you simply refused to do the service.

I have never been to such a horrrrriibbbllleee nail salon. I went in for the a pedicure and powder gel nails. The lady who did my pedicure did good I had no issues with her she was very kind. The man however was absolutely horrendous! He made my powder too thick and I informed him it was too thick and to make it thinner and he did reluctantly but it was still too thick. Please do not come to this place Bad service and they charge 75$ for a Simple Pedicure. Where every other place charge you $35 they charge $75 SCAM

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I am a visitor from Texas and I’m very disappointed. No greeting and she snatched the money out my hands.

July (pronounced like Julie) is the best. She’s very kind and I had a broken toe nail and she was so accommodating and gentle.
