They stole my rug!!! I had stains on my $10,000 plus area rug. Because it was wool and silk they had to come and bring it to the warehouse and dry clean it. They said it would be ready in two weeks. It’s been over a month and a half. When you call them they have an operator service that keeps telling you it’s going to be delivered. For different Fridays it was supposed to be delivered.
