This company is a complete scam. They sent out an incompetent tech that broke the valve on my ac they took my money and left. When I noticed nothing was improving they proceeded to ignore my phone calls. I have young children in my home.thanks to this company they were left in unbearable heat. Do your self a favor and use ANOTHER COMPANY. Zero stars
I used K&J a few years ago and they installed a 2 zone central a/c system. I’ve had problems with the drainage with the blower unit in the attic, which stained my ceiling, and they came out and cleared the drain line. I also had them put a Min Split in my main floor den. That broke a coolant line and they came out and fixed it. Last year I had them install a Mini Split in my 2nd floor master bedroom. I’ve never done a google review before, but this company has been so responsive, respectful, fast, and fairly priced that I had to review them. Don’t bother calling anyone else for your residential repairs. We will only use them.
