Peyton and the team really went the extra mile with our plumbing issue. From the first phone call all the way through finishing the job, their experience showed. Even though it was a Sunday night emergency, it was definitely worth it. They figured out right away that our sewer drain pipe was clogged and needed cleaning. Once they got here, they got straight to work and finished quickly. We were very happy with the results! In Blackwood, they’re the only plumbers we’ll call from now on.

Our stand-up shower suddenly stopped getting any water, though the rest of the house was fine. Peyton arrived right on time and used a step-by-step process to figure out that the shower’s in-valve was clogged up with calcium from our hard water. He fixed it without needing to cut into any more of the wall, which I really appreciated. After trying different plumbing companies before, I finally found my new go-to for all my plumbing needs with Blackwood Rapid Neighborhood Plumbing. I needed a new water heater, and they gave me a fair price over the phone, which stayed the same when the job was finished. There were a few extra things that came up, but those were priced reasonably too. It's great to see trade companies bringing in apprentices. we woke up to the sound of a busted sink pipe flooding our hallway. when the plumber from Blackwood Rapid Neighborhood Plumbing showed up, peyton quickly checked everything and explained what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. once the job started, everyone, including peyton, edwin, and bryce, worked really carefully and acted very professional. the pipe replacement was done well, and the whole process went smoothly. service was excellent, they responded fast to our call, and really went the extra mile to help us out.
