My hot water heater started leaking and water was covering the basement floor. When I called Blackwood Rapid Neighborhood Plumbing, the person who answered was really friendly and helpful. At first, they said someone could come the next day, but then she called me back and let me know they had an opening to come sooner. I recently had Blackwood Rapid Neighborhood Plumbing come out to my home in Turnersville to fix my sump pump, repair my outside drain pipe, and install a new kitchen faucet. I was having a problem with my sewer line backing up. Edwin was able to fit me into the schedule quickly and brought specialized camera equipment to check the pipes. He found several breaks in the sewer line caused by tree roots. After digging up the area, Edwin discovered the whole sewer line was broken and needed to be replaced. Our water heater stopped working late on a Saturday. We reached out the next morning and had a brand new unit installed by early afternoon.
