my wife and i just moved into our new house in blackwood a few months ago. our water heater started acting up, and late one night the relief valve broke right before bedtime. i called blackwood rapid neighborhood plumbing and peyton answered, talking me through what to do until they could come out. first thing monday morning, as soon as the part was ready, they showed up—actually five minutes early! they even called to make sure the time worked for me. being new in town, this will definitely be my go-to plumber.

The plumbers arrived on time and asked helpful questions to figure out the plumbing issue in my old house. They quickly found that the pressure relief valve was worn out and gave me clear options for replacing it. After making sure my family was ready, they shut off the water, took out the old valve, and put in a new one along with a brand new main shut off valve since the original was outdated too.
