Great customer service! Everyone is so helpful, they even cleaned my now wife’s engagement ring free of charge before we even get to look at rings. Everybody is just so friendly that i feel comfortable looking around even tho we didnt even know if we’re getting our rings here. Thank you staff!!

Professionalism at its best. All of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. We never got mixed information and were always made to feel important to them. Because I wanted a specific look, Ernie knew the ring would have to be custom made. His intuition and knowledge, and the teamwork of the staff created the perfect customer experience.

Took in repairs yesterday and was helped by a charming young lady. She took charge of replacing battery in watch while calling the goldsmith to talk to me about bracelets I had. The service here is always outstanding .
