This was my second visit to this lash studio, and I’m extremely happy with the results! Jean did my lashes this time — she was so patient, gentle, and really professional throughout the whole process. Before starting, she took time to understand the look I wanted and suggested a style that fits my eye shape perfectly. This was my first time, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service I received from Jean. She needs more practice and professionalism . My lashes were uneven — some pointed left, others right — and the style was not what I had requested. I wasted my time and got back to them again.
