My experience at Kiwi Nails was disappointing. I scheduled an appointment by phone for 6:00 PM. When I arrived about 10 minutes early, the receptionist could not find my name in the appointment book, even though I had called in advance. I was then asked to wait, and ended up waiting additional time past my appointment. When I was finally seated, I was asked if I had chosen a color yet. I started going to the one off of Dinuba Avenue in Visalia behind the Del Taco. First time there I absolutely love the atmosphere, everyone's very nice and attentive on top of that. The nail technician Holly is amazing, she did a wonderful job with my nails I absolutely love them I will be coming back every 3 weeks for my fill and my pedi. I've been to every place in town and by far this is the best place highly recommended! $100 -plus I come to nail spa to relax and chill. The staff is constantly talking "loud" in their language. They are constantly on their phones, making atmosphere completely chaotic. If not doing a service on customers, staff should have a break room to go into to use phones, etc! They sit in pedicure chairs and disrupt the whole "spa" experience. Just had an Overall unpleasant experience. Need to be more considerate to your "paying" customers

1) They do not offer mimosa as they advertise on the window and I went on a Sunday. 2) I had an appointment at 1030 I had to wait about ten minutes because they were full. There was no sanitation to the table and equipment after the person who was in front of me was finished. 3) The nail tech made me bleed, not just once but on three nails. I will not be coming back here ever again , they originally told me it would be 45 to take off my acrylic and do gel nail polish , the guy rips off my acrylic , doesn’t even try soaking the first , damaging my real nails , then tells me it’s going to be 55 . Then I asked him how much just to remove them then he says 15, then the lady tells him something in another language and he says “20” .
