Worst company my wife and I have dealt with. We sent two 5x7 rugs to be cleaned. Kiwi kept our rugs 4 weeks. My wife and I were concern after 3 weeks so we contacted Kiwi on several occasions and were told the Manager would contact us. WE NEVER HEARD FROM THE MANAGER! When we finally received our rugs we could not tell they had been cleaned; the rugs looked just like they had when sent to Kiwi. My wife and I will not be using this company in the future and recommend other homeowners stay away from this company as well.

Very disappointing. My brick floor was destroyed. I complained the same technician, Ricky, was sent back. Ricky came in didnâ??t even look at floor; stated, â??your dogs peed on the floorâ?? and left. The statement completely floored me since my dogs do not have access to that room. He destroyed my brick floors. With my second complaint, an uninterested supervisor came to my house. I knew when he left they were not going to repair the floor. wery bad servic, keep my rug tri weeks, and did not do nothink when bring my rugs rur was wet and steel have smell, very bad company.

We just had "the girls" come to clean two chairs and an ottoman. They were very personable, knowledgeable and did a terrific job in cleaning. They were careful to read instructions on our upholstery and explained everything in detail to us. We will certainly request their service on our next carpet cleaning as well.

My husband and i have used Kiwi Carpet Cleaning several years ago and was extremely satisfied with the final outcome, the carpets turned out great with the scent of citrus freshness. We have tried various carpet companies in the past, but non turned out as clean and refreshing as Kiwi. Highly recommended!

First, the carpet cleaner was a no-show for the first appt. We assumed there might be an issue since our area had snow the day before; however, it would have been nice if a customer service rep had called to let us know they would not be able to make it. For the rescheduled appt with a 10am to 12pm window, the cleaner didn't show up until almost 4pm and finally finished at 4:45pm. I had a friend drop off a 9 x 10 Orental, that had a large medallion in the center and cream color field to the boarder. When they delivered it I GOT A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT RUG as well as it was damp, no not from cleaning. Do not know from what... I told the driver that that did not look like my rug when he threw the rolled carpet onto the floor. He was suppose to help roll it out. He did not. It was late and I went on to bed. I recently had my carpets cleaned by Kiwi Services and I must say they did an amazing job! The gentleman who did the cleaning was very professional and efficient. I love the products they use, our home smelt amazing and fresh when he finished and the carpets were not drenched and dried in less than an hr. I will definitely be utilizing Kiwi again.
