Affordable Service – OMG! My husband recently tracked some black residue from his work boots unto my carpet. It looked horrible. I called Kiwi and they were able to get me scheduled for an appointment within the next few days. My technician, Ben F. arrived within the given time frame. He was very courteous, professional, and friendly. He came on in and got to work. Best of all, he was able to get all of the stains out of the carpet including the oil like ones. Great Carpet Cleaning Service from KIWI – I wanted to share the great experience I had while getting my carpet cleaned today. The guys were a little tardy (due to scheduling conflicts); and they more than made up for it with their great customer service. Both put it in "HIGH GEAR" and completed the service in half the time fo normal procressing. I am very sick from mold/mildew they left in my carpet – ...caused by their cleaning service, and they refuse to fix it!! They came to my house Tuesday. By Wed there was a strange smell in the house. We looked around everywhere for days but could not figure out what it was until this morning (Saturday,) MILDEW. The smell is now SO STRONG. I am very allergic so I called Kiwi to fix the problem and they told me there is nothing they can do until Tuesday. Good service, good price – I like Kiwi's touch-up warranty. For a very small fee, they'll come back throughout the year to clean the carpet areas they services previously. And scheduling an appointment is easy.

KIWI CARPET CLEANING SERVICES – I have been using Kiwi Services for several years now. I like being able to call and get my carpet recleaed several times a year for a small charge. My carpet drys fast and is never soggy for hours. Techs that come out are very nice and helpful. Usually always on time which is very important to me. I tell people if you need your carpet cleaned use Kiwi Services.

Service Excellence – I have used their services for several years now and love the warranty policy, which allows you to get carpets done for $4/room within a year of last service plus a small trip fee. Wonderful concept and always on time!!

Great experience: Kiwi Carpet Clean – My initial service was very disappointing and i had called Kiwi for the warranty service. The technician Devin Houston did a great job in turning around my opinion of the service. He took the time to rectify issues that i noticed with the initial service and did a great job. He did not rush the service as he was trying very hard to keep Kiwi's reputation. Very professional and friendly. Based on this service i received, i would make recommendations of Kiwi to family and friends
