Kiwi I have been using Kiwi for years both here and in Dallas. They always do a good job and it is nice to be able to get the warranty cleanings for $4 a room. It is also convenient. They can always come in a couple of days.
Stay away from KIWI I had my vents and ducts cleaned and it was the biggest waste of money that I have ever spent in my life. The gentelman that came to my house was on his cell phone more than he was doing work. All he did was spray some stuff on my vents and into the ducts, and after that he told ME I SHOULD go outside and hose them off! The gentleman was here for nearly 2 hours, and of that time he may have done 30 minutes of work.
