Huge waste of time. Property was listed @ $1295/mo. for a 6, 9, or 18 month "Fall Lease Special" with Cats Allowed and no mention of pet deposit or rent increase per pet. After the tour, I was sent an info sheet from the agent, Judy M, which was the ad verbatim confirming the $1295/mo amount and again, no mention of pet fees. After the tour of the property, I asked the agent to proceed with the leasing process. When I received the lease, the rent was now listed @ $1360/mo. I wish I had more pictures of how they delivered apartments, but Kivley Property Management thought this was an acceptable fridge when I moved in. Rodent infestation, never resolved. Then charged me for “damage” their maintenance person caused
I worked with Mark Kivley and the Kivley team for 3 1/2 years. Mark is a kind, fair, flexible, and understanding person and he manages his team and treats his customers according to these principals. The team of a dozen administrative staff that work in the Kivley office have been with the company for a long time.
