I've never experienced such poor customer service and incompetence with the representatives. Mistake after mistake in ordering our dual fuel range and microwave trim kit. They wrote the model number down incorrectly so the wrong range was delivered but no one knew it was not the right one. We weren't living here at the time (Harvey floodie here). The electric striker didn't work so that part was ordered..took forever and day for that to be replaced and on the wrong range! It took 3 tries to get the right microwave trim kit. ... read more

Poor service I went to pick up a Hans 01850181 universal rough ,I asked the front desk lady if they have a the oder ready because we call there before a got there the lady was so rude and she tell me I have no idea what are you talking about it any way iam a contractor in houston are for over 20 years a I definitely don't recommend this place , they need to improve their services and provide equity service to all the customer , not because they see you darty with your costruction clothing they treated like SHIT 7071 southwes... read more

I had the opportunity to work for Kiva Kitchen and Bath for 8 years and would never allow my name to be associated with poor service. Top to bottom, this company has fantastic service and salespeople. With any company growth is challenging, but those bugs are worked out now. Have confidence in this company, they are top notch.
