Sadly, It was closed, out of business, and up for sale. I hope it finds new life, new energy, and a successful new ownership. It is piece of history and Americana that needs to be preserved.
Our yacht club had a real treat visiting the Kitty Knight House. We all enjoyed the historic property, cocktails and the meals!
I am giving this a 3 star(not a 2 star) only because of Mike, the bartender. This was our 3rd time here this year. All on Wednesday "date night." For the 3rd time in a row, we were disappointed in the lack of service. After sitting there for 15 minutes, Mike the bartender noticed us making plans to go elsewhere. He came over and offered to serve us. People who were sat after us had drinks and an appetizer before Mike, the bartender, noticed our perturbed look. Thanks Mike. See YOU next time.
