Recently boarded my new kitten here while I had to leave for 4 days. It was worth every penny not having to worry about him and being able to see him on camera, on demand while enjoying my trip. He was very happy upon pickup and in good spirits.

I was very impressed by the level of care and personal attention my cat received here. They helped me figure out that she needed a dietary change and that I should try putting pills in wet food rather than pill pockets. Also loved the camera to check in virtually. When I picked my cat up she seemed very much at home! Great service, reasonably priced, and they obviously care deeply about cats' well-being.

Best kitty hotel in the Bay Area! Worth every single penny. What we love: -Cameras (can access feed 24/7) -Sweet and caring team who radiate love for what they do! -Clean facilities -Private cage free spaces, no mixing which is ideal We have used Kitty Chateau twice and are big fans, 10/10!

I’m so happy to have found this place for my beloved cat when I travel. Chandra and her staff gave me piece of mind that my kitty was very safe and very well taken care of. It’s not easy to board your cat but Chandra made me very comfortable and was very receptive and responsive.
