A feline-only luxury bed & breakfast located in the heart of the Castro. Note: we do NOT offer in-home care and are by appointment-only. Among our many special services is the option to pick-up/drop-off your furry friend at any hour of the day or night. Each kitty's spacious suite has it's own heated granite shelf, television, and kitty cam with night vision, accessible by you 24/7, and includes a night time tuck-in treat of warm milk. My cat always comes back relaxed and well taken care of. The facilities are immaculate and the owners and staff are kind and very accommodating.
During his stay my cat enjoyed heated shelf and aquarium in his room.
We are so grateful to have safe place for Mazzy & Cass when we get away. They are well cared for when we are away. The Kitty Chateau is responsive and timely, and they make it easy with pick up , drop off, and payment. The office and kitty rooms are immaculate and you would even know there were pets, food, and litter boxes. Happy to review this business!
