We have bought many cars from these people and you could not ask for a better company to deal with. Remember that you are buying a used car "as is" and they have no more idea of how long this car will last than you do but they will make necessary repairs on the car - even though it is sold "as is ". And no - they do not give loaner cars which most do not. If you treat them with respect - then they will treat you the same !! This is the worst car lot ive ever delt with. I Am on my third car from them.. Paid first one almost off then had to trade it in because the motor blew up.. Got another one got a lil behind on my payment I called them told them bout what was going on.. They said ok Thsts fine.. Come in Thursday.. I said thanks.. Showed up to my job today to pick it up.. AWESOME SUPER NICE – They are so nice and Mr KIttrell has always done what is right and fair. I couldn't ask for better customer service.
They have never given me trouble – I have bought 4 cars from them since 2002 and they have never given me any trouble. Even on cars that have been faulty and they do sell them as is, they have still fixed them for me. They stand behind their vehicles. I do recommend them all the time.
I love my car I bought at Kittrell's last year! The car is fabulous! I have had no problems with it. Mr. Kittrell was one of the nicest men I have ever met. He was so helpful! If you are looking for a car, you should definitely go Kittrell's Kars! It is wonderful!
Beware Of Kittrell Kars – Kittrell's Kars should be avoided at all cost.Mr Kittrell sells lemons and then has the nerve to wonder why you don't have the money to pay because your too busy having your car fixed.He is very rude once he gets your downpayment.Quit giving this man business he absolutely does not deserve it.He needs to be shut down he's screwing the public.
Rudest business EVER! – We just bought our Explorer from Kittrell's 2 weeks ago and got TOTALLY screwed! It won't even start now! When I contacted Mr. Kittrell he stated that he would not give us a loaner car to take our youngest child to the doctor. He was rude and inconsiderate. I will be contacting consumer affairs about this terrible car lot!
