I had been a loyal customer of this company for about 2 years (I just moved here) and had recommended this business to many (to my friends and I run a very large local FB group). Recently, I had my spring service and upon using my AC for the first time of the season a couple of weeks after my bi-annual maintenance, my AC was not working. Sadly I had to give Josh K******* one star on here on BBB but he doesn't deserve that. Josh came out to repair a MiniSplit in my garage. He was there to make sure the line set was sealed because the previous installer did not get the system leak free. Josh supposedly fixed the leaks only to find the leak right outside on the condenser at a couple month down the road I lost of freon.
