Have been a patient of Dr. Millers for about 8 years and he takes exceptional care of my family. His nurse is kind and personable as is MOST of the staff. However, I cringe everytime I call there or come to the office for an appointment because of the horrible woman he has at the front desk. Shes not even slightly courteous and is overtly rude. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Miller for several years, and couldnt be happier. His staff is very friendly, attentive, and professional. We usually are able to see the doctor with only a short wait. Dr. Miller has always treated us in a very professional and friendly manner. He listens and is genuinely interested in you and your health. We have always been completely satisfied with the medical treatment we received. I have recommended Dr. Miller to many friends, and I will continue to do so.
OK, I have to admit it. I was a bit apprehensive about this appt after reading all the poor reviews here. But I will honestly say that my experience in Dr. Millers office was great!! Everyone was extremely polite and professional. After a very short wait, I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner and she was a joy to meet. Really took her time and explained things thoroughly. I will be back and look forward to meeting Dr. Miller. Thank you Miller Family Medicine.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Miller for over 8 years. He is very thorough and shows genuine concern about his patients needs. He does not rush you in and out of his office. The staff is just as great, too. The efficiency of scheduling patients makes for a short wait time to see Dr. Miller. One would not regret chosing Dr. Miller as her/his PCP.
Im relatively new to Dr. Millers practice having only been to see him twice. I found this review because I needed to call him to set up a third appointment. Every time I have called, the person on the phone seemed quite professional. And Ive been able to set up an appointment within a day or two. My initial appointment was actually on the day I called to set it up. That might be good or bad. Is he that bad of a doctor that hes not in demand? I didnt think so. Because Dr. Miller was busy, I saw the nurse practitioner, who was very thorough & had a good manner. I know Dr. Miller from grade school & high school (which is why I selected him) & am sorely disappointed that he couldnt make a moment to say hello. His staff was very helpful and courteous. I did have an appointment and waited at least 50 minutes to be called in. Cant decide whether it was a good or bad idea to choose him as my doctor.
I have been a patient of Dr. Millers since he was with Northshore Family Medical Center. He has been wonderful to me and my family. He has a great bedside manner and will answer any and all questions you have. His office staff is wonderful, they are always smilling and happy to help. You can call that morning and make an appt for the same day. You never have to wait and you see the doctor on your appointment time. I love this doctor and staff they make going to the doctor much easier.
Office staff is VERY cold and rude. I believe it is the doctors mother who works the front desk. Go somewhere else if you want to leave with a pleasent experience.
I went to Dr. Miller and received extremely rude service. The staff was rude and told me that I was lying more than once. Then I expected the doctor to be a bit better but he continued the rude behavior and continually told me I didnt know what I was talking about. I had never been treated so rudely by a doctor before. I was furious. I am glad to find a message board that might help people that are searching for a family physician. I will never recommend his services to anyone.
