Doc is good staff is good practitioners are good. Appointments made on good times for me, in and out no waiting no bs. Like what they offer.
I don t care for Dr. Miller s personality. Last visit I asked him a question about weight loss and he gave a cocky answer. You tell him whats wrong and he will tell you what has to bed done, but don t question him. A Doctor needs to show compassion and cares about the patient, and no questions we ask are stupid questions. My last visit he walked into the examining room and without a hello started talking about Obamacare. I won t say he s a bad Doctor, but he could learn how to be more compassionate and a better listener.
Been going to Miller for 15 years or so. He Missed ONE Diagnosis so far that cost me a couple hundred in testing and specialists appointments. No big deal. I want to change Dr s but that s a pain in the can so i deal with the nasty females at the desk and the funny looks if you needs pain medication. I am use to the funny looks because of my tattoos but when I need something for pain I don t want to be looked at like some kind of Dr shopping pill popping leader of a drug cartel. I have never seen a POOR excuse for a doctor. He has a bad attitude and his nurses are rude. We tried to set up a family doctor because we just moved here from Tennessee. He needs his license taken away because he does nothing for the patient, I mean what a JOKE he and his staff is. I ask what the hell does he do but collect your money. He does absolutly nothing for the patient but make guesses of what he thinks is wrong with you. His practice must be shut down because he getting rich for doing nothing. I would like to say to the person who gave Dr. Miller a bad review on this site, your service always depends on the attitude you give. Treat others as you would like to be treated? Maybe...I made a last minute appointment and the whole staff including the Dr. were very nice and considerate..I would recommend this Dr and hope his business grows strong. Thankyou for taking care of my needs and helping me to get better...:)
its not Dr Miller and its not his wife but I have noticed at times his mother has been a little cocky before. I think she may think he is the only doctor on the northshore so ppl may have to just put up with her crap and not be able to see another physician. I can put up with his mother because she just does the billing, no big deal!!!!But my problem is with that HELL NURSE "DAWN"!!! Dr Miller seriously needs to seek another nurse for his office!! After the way I was treated I think it only fair to warn anyone who is looking for a new Doctor for themselves or a loved one to keep looking. I have great insurance and have never had an issue in the past, anywhere. I travel about 9 months a year and have been in many states. I have 4 kids that travel with us so to say the least I have seen many doctors in many different states over the years and here in the New Orleans area last year. I came to Dr. Millers office with a hope to find an answer to why I was feeling so bad. I do not have a regular physician and decided maybe it was time to find one and get a check up. I made the appointment with Kerri Kittrell, the nurse practitioner. I must say that she was very nice. She listened to all my symptoms and complaints and then went ahead to take alot of time to explain some things to me and talk to me. She took her time and gave me the attention I needed. Contrary to some of these reviews: I like him. My whole Family sees him. He makes us better when we are sick. We dont go in and try to give him OUR diagnosis. We let him be the Doctor. We pay him for this service. Period.
