Very devious and underhanded. Not communicative with sellers or buyers. Does not leave homes the way they where after a house goes under contract. Never goes to a closing. Never does paper work. Tries to drive out buyers to make more profits. Costs buyers unnecessary money for fixing things that should have been taken care of. Ignorant of real estate, real estate law, and practices.
