I inherited an older Hardy fly reel from my father in law. The drag was not working and needed repair; "No problem. We will take care of it." The reel ended up being shipped to the UK and returned in like new condition. The service from Mike Woodman and the crew at KTP was outstanding from start to finish, especially their communication. Not once did I have to call for updates - they were totally on top of it. Well done KTP!
