First of all we went there to get my husband some boots, rudest salesperson I’ve ever seen. We drove one hour to get there and 1 back and came home with nothing. Mind you we had a gift certificate so would have stopped right there if not for that. So we order them online 150 dollars. Too small, as we quarantined at home we followed there instructions to return them. Order another pair, put the new order number on the return slip and they would refund the new order. Amazing place to shop, even if you don't buy anything! I have enjoyed coming to Kittery Trading Post for over 30 years now, and it never gets old. I love going in and looking at everything. They often have good deals on items, and you can find something for everyone! It has become a tradition to stop here and shop every time we visit Maine. If you've never been here, make it a point to visit. You won't regret it.
Went here while this covid 19 thing is going on. They were kind and helpful and act like they want your business. And have lots in stock. Went to cabelas, because it’s close for me. People working there were rude and act like they don’t want you there. And have nothing in stock. I’ll be making the drive to kittery from now on.

They do not care about their customer or employees anymore.
I think KTP is being very socially irresponsible being open during this pandemic. Their parking lot last Sunday was packed full, every spot filled. Maine ordered all non essential stores closed, yet according to their web site They are still open, I don’t see how they are an essential store. Only grocery stores Should be open now. Places like this are only going to cause more spread, which Will result in longer quarantines.
