My wife & I live 80 miles from the Kittery Trading Post in Newbury Vermont. We really enjoy the wide & wild variety of quality products the Kittery store offers. On our most recent shopping venture I discovered another unadvertised dimension of the store worth noting. Empathy in the costumer service department. While in the fitting room my wife lost an earring with great sentimental value. It was the end of a long day by the time she realized it was missing and recovery seemed unlikely.
