Dr. Coppins is top notch. Irreplaceable. I highly recommend him to anyone. He has provided me with tremendous compassion and care. I wish he had his own practice. Nathan Jean and Thea ? Are the worst healthcare providers I've ever come in contact with. Leaving a voicemail telling me to taper myself off a medication I've been on over a decade, without any instructions on how to, tell me they are dropping me as a client all while my Dr is out of the country. Been going here for long time. Had one doc for over 15yrs. Started with new PCP and am grateful for good listening and plan making. High five out to the triage nurses on the phone!! They are such great support for all kinds of things!
I have had 5 different PCPs at this practice over ~7 years; despite staff recommending a new PCP that has been there long term and is not likely to leave. PCPs constantly leave and I have never received a notice that my PCP had left the practice by mail or email despite the office having my correct contact info. I'm not sure why this location can't retain any physicians and why their method of contacting patients of those physicians is so poor. The walk-in clinic used to be an asset but that has also left.
I am glad to of left that practice, they could care less about what I was going through physically and mentally and I was more that 75% of the time treated as if I was bothering them. I even had one practitioner tell me that she felt like she was going to have an aneurism when I had thought I had one, I never received what I asked for even after a heart attack and a mini stroke, I am almost 50 years old and I was always talked down too as if they were my captains on a navy vessel rather than doctors and nurses there to care ... read more
