Excellent food. Service was a bit slow. Came here for breakfast on a Friday and it took a while to get our sandwich, avocado toast, and muffin. The workers were nice, it just took a while. My stomach was very happy, tho! They have multiple gluten free options which is great for me!
Great food even greater customer service I had the bacon egg and cheese croissant with light strawberry jam. I’ll be back!
Kitsch is my go to stop after the gym. The breakfast sandwiches are the reason I keep coming back. All of them are delicious, and filling. The coffee is consistently good as well. A heads up: it's a little pricey, and there can be a wait, especially on the weekends. But in my opinion, it's absolutely worth it. The staff are always friendly. Located inside R. House. If you're looking for a quality breakfast sandwich and coffee, Kitsch is definitely worth a visit.
A minor inconvenience left a bad taste in my mouth. The cashier forgot to ring up my extra shot of espresso this afternoon, and when I went to pick up my drink she looked like she was about to cry. The manager rudely informed me of the mistake and made me ring up a second transaction to pay for it! As a former customer service manager, I was appalled by his attitude and the atmosphere that resulted from his rudeness. Please consider customer service training for your managers.
If the breakfast sandwiches weren't $15 I would probably get one every single day.
