Lack of customer acknowledgment, recognition or interaction! Appears that they don't really care if you patronize their store. Seems that the employees are just "putting in their hours".
I have had to stop by KL twice this week, due to finally getting around to cleaning up the yard. Both trips, the employees were genuinely friendly. I ran out of string for a weed eater I had never replaced before, and not only did the employee give me options and explain what would work better for my yard, she showed me how to wrap it! For someone who is not savvy with garden tools, this was incredible. Thank you Kitsap Lumber!
Friendly staff, good prices on some things (other things are cheaper at Lowe's or Home Depot and when pointing it out, they just say "we know"). But still like this place for the friendly atmosphere.
Went in for eight bags of Clean Burn pellets, they only had six, but gave me two bags of the higher priced for the same price. And not to mention that the customer service was awesome.
