Great place with solid instruction! I caught a vinyasa power class and it was fabulous. The instructor took time to review arm balances and provide help to try things out. Temperature was just right. Will highly recommend this place to anyone!
I really cannot say enough about KHY. It all began with Groupon and a [somewhat] open mind. Anyone who knows me knows I can't stand being hot! So it's truly ironic how hooked I became since my first Vinyasa class. Every instructor is encouraging, helpful, and you never ever feel like you are being judged. I've been practicing there for nearly a year now and I love it as much, if not more, since my first session; remembering always, "practice, not perfection".
