Today was the second time I have used Kitsap Garage Door. The first time was for a new opener for which they came out within 24 hours. Today was the 2nd time after the spring popped last night. I called at 7am and by 12:45pm, Jim was at my door. Friendly, professional and taught me things about this giant piece of equipment in my house. Had Jim not shown me other issues, they would have been back out soon. Thanks for being a great service provider.

This company is top notch and they truly cares about their customers! Our house was built in the 1980’s and was in desperate need of new doors and openers. Replaced our garage door for less than other places quoted, did and excellent job, and even replaced the bottom panel a second time after they noticed it had been shipped to them with a small dent (that I hadn’t even noticed before it was pointed out). Really excellent service and the ladies in the office were very friendly!
