how can you be sent to collections for services never received????? Awesome dentistry service...poor payment strategies. I was given the cold shoulder on receiving my crown until i paid for it. I was put on a payment plan, which would be paying it off BEFORE i received it, and they sent me to collections for a crown that i dont have in my mouth.

DOES NOT PROVIDE WEEKEND SERVICE!!!! If your in need of emergency dental service on the weekend you going to have to find another clinic because this dentist isd closed on Friday, Saterday and Sunday.
great people I have had really great expierences at this dentist. My kids as well. We all love the friendly environment. No complains here. just good people. and the billing..they go over it with you and that way you are aware of insurances, and co pays. its signed as an estimate. I don't know what the last one was about, but they always say estimated because of our insurances. i guess they dont gaurentee payment. great people!!!
Good Dentist but watch out for the billing I had to have a tooth extracted. The dentist and professional staff were very competent and friendly. No problems at all there. The problem was at the front office. I had previously left a deposit of some $60 which they had for over a month. The balance due on the day of the extraction was about $120. I gave them two $100 bills. They didn't have change so we agreed for me to return with the balance the next day. When I went back, the balance wasn't the original $20 but over $40. The... read more
Kitsap Family Dentistry is not good No stars from here, Had a signed,agreement about cost, they are not honoring it, have charged me 3 times the amount agreed upon, charged the insurance co. twice and refuse to deal with problems caused by inept dental work. I am seeking civil compensation.
