This place has had a high turn over rate and horrible billing practices. I’ve never felt comfortable with the staff. They seem too busy to care. My sons never had a consistent doctor. The last o e was Dr. Voegtlen who creeps me out. We left there last summer and they are still sending me a bill even though my kids are double covered. My kids go to the PCHS on Wheaton/Cherry and they are much more responsive. Also they seem to understand billing better
The providers are wonderful. As are the nurses. Our MA is always sweet as well.
I love this doctor's office. Everyone is personable, and always helpful. I can't count how many times I have asked for a last minute appointment, and they made it happen.
I been pleased I just have to get used to my sons new Dt since Dr Deena is no longer there but I’m pleased Dr Ronan even called me today to check on my son with his issues
Poor communications! Seems staffs doesn't talk to each other and documents everything. Telling family one things and telling insurance other thing......it's very frustrating
I went to see Dr. Metzman for a skin concern I was very pleased with my visit. He is located on the second floor. I would definitely go back again if the need a raises.
