I love this place. We eat there twice a week and everything is amazing. My favorite it the GF battered fish fry. I try to get there every Friday. The caramel nut chews are divine! If it wasn't a 40 minute drive from my house, I would probably eat there every day.
I have always wanted to try your place so I drove all the way from Orchard Park on my day off. I can't tell you how great it was to walk into a restaurant and order worry-free! Your french onion soup was so flavorful, not just full of salt like most. And the baked goods, <swoon>. I hope you become successful enough to open another location in the Southtowns so we don't have to drive so far. Thank you!

Thanks for all your help on Thursday! My daughter was so happy when we left there. The parfait didn't last long. She says you have the best bread she has had in a year. You were all so friendly and helpful giving her samples to try! We will be back! ( don't think the bread will last long).
Wonderful assortment of treats and breads that if you are gluten free, you probably haven't had in a long time! Today's treat - bread pudding! Oh yeah! Not to mention the owners are great people, who have children with Celiacs, so they really understand! The cafe serves fish frys on Friday. Hand cut fries, homemade coleslaw all served and of course with a GF roll. That's my next try!
The people who work here are the nicest! The food is delish! It's so nice to go someplace and e able to order anything I want off the menu!!!
We are new to the gluten free life...and everyone at A Better Way has been so helpful! Their pizza is the only pizza my daughter likes and my husband requests their chocolate chip muffins (he is NOT gluten free but eats them because he loves them!). We have never been disappointed with a purchase.
This is most definitely my favorite GF location/restaurant/bakery in WNY! Everyone is so friendly, they remember you, and there isn't a single thing that I've not liked here. Absolutely amazing with fabulous prices for wonderful quality food that will have you wondering "is this really GF?"
I love A Better Way! The French bread white pizza is amazingly good. And their quiche is so tasty, the crust is almost as good as my Momma's!!
