I grew up eating amazing baked bread from my mom and there is nothing better in the world. When I found out I could no longer enjoy that luxury due to a food allergy, I was devastated. I just relived that experience with the bread we got from Kith and Kin. So delicious!
My husband and I had breakfast there. The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They have the best gluten free rye and French bread. It was so nice to be able to go to a resturant and not have to worry about what I was eating. We highly recommend them.

A recent diagnosis of Celiac Disease had me experimenting with all breads I could find and trying to make my own. While my own tastes okay, the breads I bought today (one of each to see which I liked the best,) are amazingly soft and are delicious. I thought I had tasted my last great tasting bread- glad to know I was wrong. We also tried a few of the baked goods- and I'm glad to know that cream puffs are still an option should I be in the mood! Thank you so much!

Everyone at Kith & Kin is so nice and the food is amazing. Despite all the food restrictions I have I never once felt like I was making a compromise on taste when dining with them or with their deserts. I've even had people who were unaware that my deserts from Kith & Kin were gluten, soy, and dairy free comment on how good they were and go back for seconds!

Had lunch there today and everything was so good! Could have went home with half the bakery case! Such a treat to not have to worry about cross contamination for our celiac child.

Went with my sister on a long Niagara weekend trip. Decided to stop in Lockport on the way. After doing a tour, I saw this option pop up for gluten free options. This by far was one of the top highlights of my trip! Having celiacs, nothing is more exciting than going into a restaurant and not having to ask about gluten free options. Between the lunch and the desserts, the food was absolutely amazing. The only thing bad about this place is that it is not located in the town I live in!
