We just had lunch at the Kith and Kin restaurant on Transit Road in Lockport, NY. It is in a blue house across from McDonald's. It is totally gluten free restaurant so there is no cross-contamination of the gluten free food. The food was amazing! There are so many menu choices, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served all day. The wait staff, the atmosphere, and the cleanliness were top-notch! Customer service is exemplary! The food is phenomenal. I’m not only gluten-free but I’m very free. Their baked goods are amazing.

Fantastic battered fish fry!! Hangs over the plate, great French fries, slaw and roll. Many choices for dessert and chose a huge cream puff!! Delicious and love the new place!!
They are so good and they do so well with accommodating you with what you can or can’t have!! Love this place..
