RecommendedI cannot say enough good things about this practice! I’ll try to recap how great Kitfox was for my family! I took my 11 month old with two teeth there this morning for his first dentist visit! 1. Front desk staff were courteous helpful and kind! I was able to get a new patient appointment very quickly! I then had to make a last minute change and they were able to respond to my email, yep email, within minutes! Super duper! Upon arrival 2. I really love the environment from when you walk in to the time you leave!!!! The staff is pleasant and helpful. The play area and movie area is awesome something you really dont see in dentist offices!!! The nurses and Dr. is very good late communicating what they have done and what needs to be done!!! Overall this place is perfect!!!
The whole staff makes your child feel secure, relaxed, and involved! Made a huge difference with my baby boy, as he gets a little freaked out when it comes to doctors and having to lie down on tables and whatnot. But he wasn't afraid one bit! He enjoyed it. Plus, the TV on the ceiling playing one of his favorites helped, too 😊
I really cant say enough about how wonderful this place is. My 7 year old was terrified of the dentist due to a bad experience 2 years ago when she was 5. Dr. Thom and all of his staff make her feel so comfortable that she now looks forward to going to the dentist!! Thank you Kitfox!!!
The experience was great. You don’t have to wait for a long period of time. My kid enjoys the games and never gets bored. Staffs were very professional and knowledgeable in their job. Ultimately, the best dental clinic I’ve ever been.
